Solution: One newly created training for all current and future NCRH employees
Tools Utilized: Articulate Storyline, Canva, Coolors

Module
Financial Emergency Assistance Volunteer Training
Audience: New Financial Emergency Assistance volunteers
Problem: Volunteers with Shelby Hope's FEA often quit soon after starting. This results in an unmanageable workload for the director and executive assistant of the non-profit. In the past volunteers were hurriedly trained, by the least busy Shelby Hope staff member at the time of training, primarily on the importance of data collection. Volunteers were skipping crucial parts of the data collection and were unprepared for the interpersonal aspects of dealing with Persons in Need.
Solution: An e-learning training will replace the previous in-person training and volunteers will now use a form created in conjunction with this module that covers all components of the necessary data collection
Tools Utilized: Articulate Rise, Canva
Highlights: Scenario, assessment, knowledge checks, carousel, sorting, and flip card interactions.
